Current dredge ult is decent in the best case scenario. Since you kinda have to eyeball where the ult is gonna go, this could be a great QoL change for dredge and not wasting an ult that gets caught on an invisible wall. If this potential rework (which I personally think is a great idea) can't be done, I'll suggest making it to where the ult has a marker, and rather than being instant, make it to where you activate the ult, and left click when you want to "release the kraken". Though I don't know if the animation would need to stay the same, I'm trying to think of ways this could be done with a small investment of resources. The animation for the ult could be as simple as his reload animation which would make sense, in account of the fact hes loading in a unique round. The ult line wouldn't need to be changed since the action of him loading the special round could still named "the kraken" in reverance (hope I spelled that right) of the abyss lord that rescued him. Plus this is one time dredge's small number of skins work in the devs favor as it could further increase the ease of this potential change since VFX would just need to be color swapped between two different colors. The VFX could be easy to implemented since dredges scuttle explosion already has unique VFX and visually could be scaled up to where the explosion could be bigger. Damage could remain the same or maybe a slight nerf because you would be able to aim where the massive explosion occurs more precisely. A smaller explosion wouldn't be preferable imo but that's the devs call. I'm thinking instead of clicking a spot and summoning the kraken, the kraken could be a special round with massive AOE and slower projectile speed similar to the scuttle reload exploion, maybe slightly made bigger than Skye or bettely ult.
